The application process is open all year round.  You must be able to demonstrate what you will do with the grant, who will benefit and how you know the work will be effective.  The application form can be found below to download.

The application form should be completed in full and signed off by the Headteacher (or Project Leader in the case of community groups) and the local parish priest.  Once completed it can either be posted or scanned and emailed to the Clerk of the Foundation.  Details can be found on the application form.

If your application is successful we will write to you confirming the offer.  When you accept the offer of a grant you agree to complete a monitoring form within three months of the activity taking place.  Photographs are also welcome.  An example of the monitoring form can be found below.

We may wish to publish any photographs you provide.  Permission will, of course, be sought in advance.

We pay grants by BACS.
